Chili's European Tour

My bags are packed. The freezer is stocked. The house is cleaned. Relatively so anyway. Everyone has clean clothes. I have kissed, hugged and kissed some more. Schedules are posted. Menus are planned. I have comforted little people. And even cried a little myself. And now I am as ready as I ever could be to leave my family for two weeks to fly over an ocean. I am looking forward to seeing my sister, and my new nephew and I am excited to face some new adventures. Which, I will post about as time permits, or at least once a day as the family is looking forward to a full report. And, in case you want to know how Pa is managing at home with 7 children and no mama, you can check it out on his blog, which Allen and Brianna have designed for just this occasion. It is a complete surprise to me, too, since they wouldn't even tell me the name. So we, you and I and anyone else with access to the world wide web, can read all about life with Pa in charge.

  8. Hello Mom's blogging friends!

This is a message from Chili's daughter, Nana, to let you know that she arrived in London, all safe and sound.

A big "thank you" to all of you who were praying for Mom. I hear she had a great flight.

She leaves for Sicily in a few hours, so don't stop praying yet!
