For example, the other night Samuel and Elisabeth were having their bath when a new phrase came out of my mouth before I could stop it...
"Don't lick your sister's head."
I am not sure what is more shocking to me-the need to say it or the fact that it doesn't surprise me anymore. These things just come out as if I was saying, "Would you like cream in your coffee?"

ohh boy, i have these too! ALL the time! silly munchkins!
ReplyDeleteI love the things that come out of my mouth as a mom. That's a good one!
ReplyDeleteSo funny! My mom and I have to say the same exact thing to my youngest brother :)
ReplyDeleteThis is too funny. When I say things my parents used to say, without even realizing it at the time, I have to shake my head and smile.
ReplyDeleteoh..too funny. having kids does some wonderfully crazy things to ya! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL I had to tell Stunt Man the other day not to like the dog. For real...Crazy what comes out of our mouths sometimes. lOL
ReplyDeleteOMG! I have no words because I'm still laughing! That's HILARIOUS! Thanks so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteROFL!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is sooo funny!!
I don't think I'd ever say that either..LOL
Kat,
ReplyDeleteI can imagine how that came about. The things kids can think of to do and then we shouldn't at all be surprised when things like that come out of our mouths.
Too cute! And yes, I would like cream with my coffee please!
Love and Hugs ~ Kat

ReplyDeleteha! love it!
ReplyDeleteGee, and I was just telling someone a couple of days ago about the "new rule in the house, no one is allowed to write on their shoes."
