Day 2-Favorite Movie

Today is favorite movie.  If I had realized how hard these questions would be... I might have done a rethink on this venture.  Favorite anything is so difficult for someone like me... there is so much I love!

I really enjoy old classics... think black and white... Cary Grant (Arsenic and Old Lace)...

Jimmy Stewart (It's a Wonderful Life)...

Musicals (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers)...

but there are many newer movies I like, too. (Elizabethtown)...

And a number of Disney (A Goofy Movie)...

and Pixar (Cars) flicks I find endearing...

Not to mention great gems by Christian film makers such as Fireproof...

Then there are the old classics gone big screen (Emma by Jane Austen)...

What I don't like... sex, violence, foul language, Katherine Hepburn, and lame remakes.

  1. Great list.

My daughter and I just watched the BBC's Emma this weekend. It's so much better than the Gwenth Paltrow one I think.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Arsenic and Old Lace too. That's a big family favorite here.

  4. I just saw It's a Wonderful Life for the first time last holiday season. I had no idea it was such a sad movie!! I also realized while watching it that Beverly Hills, 90210 did an episode that was like the movie once.
