Ginger Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Mikki requested some of my home made salad dressing recipes.  So here you go, friend.  Let me know what you think.

We store our dressings in canning jars in the fridge and serve in pretty cream pitchers we pick up from thrift stores if we aren't dressing the salad before bringing it to the table.

3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon mint
1/2 teaspoon ginger

I like this on a salad greens topped with pears, pecans and blue cheese.  It makes an excellent dressing for a fresh fruit salad, too.  The fresh ginger is worth the extra effort.  The flavor is so wonderful.
